Eesha Bayana

I co-founded SAIRA, a trust supporting people with disabilities in Pakistan, inspired by two deeply personal experiences. Working at Rosemary PT, I helped neurodivergent children grow into more confident, capable versions of themselves, which showed me the power of early support and care. At home, assisting my grandfather with his disability opened my eyes to the daily challenges many face without adequate resources. These experiences fueled my passion to create a platform that provides funding and support to the disabled community. SAIRA is built on the belief that everyone deserves dignity, opportunity, and inclusion. Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to lead fuller, more independent lives.
